Hello, my name is Rajbans
When we established the first geriatric ward in Seremban Hospital, I realized that most of my patients were not ageing well. Over the years as I went deeper into the study and research of healthy ageing, I realized that even the younger generation were not ageing well and were already suffering from chronic metabolic diseases. This was not my vision of healthy ageing. Hence, I started my journey of “Wellness and Healthy Ageing” twenty years ago.
